Motivation

• To design the future of the Caracas Animal Shelter in order to make it self-supportive and meet the needs of an increasingly demanding society.

General Objectives

• To implement this project with the strategic alliances which join together the different social actors: Academy, State, Civil Society, Means of Production, among others.

Specific Objectives

• To analyze the internal conditions of the Animal Shelter.
• To determine the key variables which allow the definition of the fundamental characteristics of the Animal Shelter.
• To define the "Desired Scenario and Alternate Scenarios" in order to analyze and develop the future alternatives.
